I seriously doubt Microsoft is dumb enough to kill support for used games or (from another rumor I heard) backwards compatibility. Or at least I hope they aren't that retarded.

First of all, there is absolutely no person, at all, sans a few rich bastards, who has not rented or bought a used game. People won't buy it if they can't buy a used game.

Secondly, as much as I hate Gamestop, they are the main thing that will protect gamers from this douchebaggery due to their shady resale policy. If Gamestop of all places refuses to stock your game product, you might as well tie a noose and kick the chair from under your feet. Remember Saturnday and what it did to Sega?

Finally, the idea of a new (much more affordable) Neo Geo product gives me a boner. I am very excited for this machine.
