Can't remember if it was this episode or #16 but I just wanted to comment on the Milla Jovovich comments and that she apparently only can get work doing Resident Evil movies. She has quite a successful movie career outside of doing the "Alice" thing every couple of years. Check out her IMDB page for a list of movies she has coming up, been in and such.

Sure, she is best known for her role in Resident Evil but it is similar to saying that Sylvester Stallone's only hit was the Rocky series. When you have a successful series, you just keep going back (Arnold with Terminator and Bruce Willis with the Die Hard movies, and many others).

I was pretty sure she did other movies, I was just on a roll there. And to be honest the only movies I remember her are 5th Element, Ultraviolet and the Resident Evil movies. The other ones just seemed forgetable its only the genre movies that caught my attention.

That is a problem she faces in her acting. She is stereotyped at this point, I think 5th Element did it, as being an action chick. If you look at her early career, she just floundered in love stories and such. Much like how they cast Michelle Rodriguez as the bad ass chica in movies, she is stereotyped, she will never play a damsel in distress in any movie.

Angelina Jolie has been able to straddle that fence quite well, which is a rarity.

I agree with that, and Michelle Rodriguez really needs a break from the tough chick roles, its really getting annoying. I remember Milla Jovovich being a model, so she didn't start with acting. And to be honest I don't really see her as a good actress. Angelina Jolie is a very determined and focused person willing to take risks, but to be be honest I can't say she did anything to rememberable. Like the last movie I remember her was this spy movie and it was dumb as a rock, and Mr & Mrs Smith was a little bit better but ultametly forgetable.
